Mini Session at Jack's Pond

I met this beautiful family through my sister in law.  They recently adopted this little nugget from India and their story of perseverance, patience and faith that God's timing really is perfect really inspired me.   What a little chunk of cuteness this little muffin was!!!

One of my favorite things to do is use my gift of photography to bless other people.  These 2 cutie patooties are the children of my son's 3rd grade teacher.  As an end of the school year gift I gave her a photo session.  So fun and sooo stinking cute these 2 were!

One year mini session!

You really can't go wrong photographing a one year old. At the end you have authentic photos wether they are jumping for joy or screaming in frustration. I think that's why I LOVE photographing this age. You really do capture them as they are. They aren't pretending to smile and they aren't posing in any way....they are just being who they are. Cute. Little. Niblets. Like Soraya! I really could just eat this little lady right up. She loved the lens being in her face, she was super silly and just loved our little outdoor adventure. I had so much fun that I lost track of the time and our 30 minute session turned into more like an hour long session. Thanks, Heather for a fun morning. I LOVED hanging with you and your daughter. She's an absolute treasure!!!

One Year Mini Session

Kaia is back for the 4th time! I can't say thank you enough to this family. :) Wish I had her newborn pictures still...we'll have to start with: 6 months... 1 year...

Those Baby Blues!

I love having the privilege of photographing little babies fresh out of the oven and then again as they hit some mile stones. This little lady is already 9 months old and is looking pretty cute. We did a quick mini session for her portrait session...a perfect amount of time to capture some cuteness in between those much needed naps!

The Miller Family: Mini Session

These guys are my fabulous neighbors and were a total blast to work with. Lots of energy, fun silly smiles and running on the beach trying to avoid getting totally soaked by the incoming tide. It was a fun night wrapping up my last mini session before Christmas. Thanks, Sarah and Craig for hiring me to capture those beautiful eyes that your children have!

The Hochberg Family: Mini Session

These guys were great and sooo easy to photograph. Ethan the oldest boy had a permasmile and thought everything I did was hilarious. I don't think I have ever had the problem of anyone being too smiley...this little guy would not stop laughing at me. He was too cute!

The Grass Session: Mini Session

Here's another sneak peak of a mini session at good ol' Old Poway Park. (have I mentioned that I have spent a ridiculous amount of time there these last few months!?) The Fisher Family: Extended Family Session

This family was perfect for a family portrait. Lots of tall people and fun kids that were super cooperative for some posed shots of the entire family. This was also the first time that I came dressed exactly like everyone else. They showed up in black shirts and jeans which is exactly what I was wearing! Thanks guys for supporting me and for letting me take your family picture. :)
